All sales are final due to the seasonal and custom nature of our displays. Once your order is confirmed, we begin sourcing materials specifically for your installation. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery to receive a partial refund (minus a 25% sourcing and planning fee). Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
If there is an issue with your display upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
